Getting Started
10xt is designed to be intuitive from day one. To begin, simply sign up for a free account. Once you're in, you'll be prompted to create your first Workspace.
A workspace is the home for your team or personal organization. Inside a workspace, you can manage multiple projects, invite members, and track everything in one place.
Pro Tip:
You can create separate workspaces for "Work" and "Personal" life to keep your tasks organized and distinct.
Workspaces & Teams
Collaboration is at the heart of 10xt. Invite team members to your workspace using their email address. Once they join, they can see all projects within that workspace (unless you set specific privacy controls).
- Members: Can create tasks, view projects, and collaborate.
- Admins: Can manage workspace settings and billing.
Projects & Tasks
Projects are where work happens. You can visualize your projects in multiple views:
Kanban Board
Drag and drop tasks through stages like "To Do", "In Progress", and "Done". Perfect for visual thinkers.
List View
A structured list of all tasks. Great for planning and bulk editing.
Each task can have details, due dates, assignees, and attachments. Use the rich text editor to describe the work clearly.
AI Superpowers
This is where 10xt truly shines. Our integrated AI assistant helps you move faster by handling the tedious parts of management.
Feature: AI Task Description
Struggling to write a clear requirement? Just type a quick one-liner and hit the "AI Generate" button. The AI will expand it into a fully formatted task description with objectives and acceptance criteria.
Feature: Note Polishing
Jotted down some rough meeting notes? Use the "Polish" feature to instantly fix grammar, improve clarity, and structure your thoughts into professional documentation.
How Credits Work
AI features consume credits. 10xt operates on a flexible "Pay-as-you-go" model, so you aren't locked into a monthly subscription for features you might not use every day. Check out our Pricing page for details.
